How far ahead should we book 1818 Meridian House apartments?
The best apartments are booked up to three months in advance, often by returning guests. We recommend you to contact us for availability as soon as you know your travel dates.
May we arrive at our apartment on any day of the week?
Yes, rentals can begin and end on the day you choose. We feel this allows greater flexibility in booking air travel and allows for the best rates.
How about telephone?
All of our apartments have a telephone line and local calls are free.
Are our apartments air- conditioned?
Yes.
Will I need to supply anything for cooking?
All our kitchens are fully outfitted with everything you would need to make a meal at home.
Do I need to pack my own hairdryer or travel iron?
We provide in all our properties iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
Is there wireless broadband? Is it free?
Yes and yes.
Is there a laundry?
Full washing facilities are available including washing machine/dryer.
What happens if I get locked out of the apartment out of office hours?
There is 24 hour emergency number.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
Daily.
Is there a penalty if we check out late ?
If guests check out later than 11 am, then this can be arranged with the reservations department.
Are pets allowed?
No.
What time do I have to Check in & Check out?
Check in from 3 pm and Check out by 11 am.
How much is the car parking?
Parking on site is $35.00 a day. Reservation for parking is required. Other options include meter street parking or public parking.
Is there a receptionist at the Hotel?
Our front desk is open every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Are they smoking or nonsmoking apartments?
All the apartments are non-smoking.
Are there any additional costs?
A daily Hotel Fee of $37.00 plus tax per night.
What is the charge for incidentals/deposit?
1818 Meridian House will authorize the credit/debit card provided with $200 at the point of check-in for incidentals. Unused charges will be released at check-out.
