General Reservation Information

• Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book your room. The hotel will charge the first night at the time of booking. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules
• Check-in after 3 PM
• Check-out by 11 AM

• Our front desk is open every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 6:00 PM, kindly reach out to us via phone at +1 305-974-1004 or through email at reservations@1818meridianhouse.com to make necessary arrangements. We’re here to ensure your check-in process is smooth and convenient.

• You must be 18+ to book a room. Please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in for security purposes.
  

  To cover incidentals, we’ll hold $200 per stay on your credit card and we’ll authorize additional funds as needed based on your additional incidental charges. Know there is a smoking fee of $250 per smoking violation.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate you choosing 1818 Meridian House for your upcoming stay. Please take note of our cancellation policies, which may vary depending on the rate selected during your reservation:

• Standard Rate Reservation:

Cancellation is free of charge if made up to 3 days before the arrival date. Please email us at reservations@1818meridianhouse.com to cancel.

Cancellations or modifications within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total room revenue.

• Non-refundable and Pre-paid Promotional Rates:

These rates are fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferrable, even in cases of force majeure/acts of God.

• Third-Party Bookings:

Reservations made through third-party sites are subject to their cancellation policies and fees. Please contact them directly for any cancellations or modifications.

• Other Reservations:

Unless otherwise noted on your confirmation, cancellations must be made up to 7 days before the arrival date to avoid penalties. Failure to cancel will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total room revenue if you do not show up.

Resort Access

The following items are included in the daily $39 resort fee, per room plus tax and applied at the time of check in:

• Access to Abae Hotel’s rooftop pool and sundeck located a few blocks from 1818 Meridian House

Valet

We’re delighted to provide parking space for all vehicles, (Excluding big trucks) subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis throughout your stay at 1818 Meridian House. The cost is $35 plus taxes per overnight.

  • Up to $100 + taxes, depending on arrival time.

  Late Check-out Fee:

  • 11:00 am to 1:00 pm: $50 + taxes
  • 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm: $120 + taxes
  • After 3:00 pm: Price of one night’s stay+ Hotel Fee + taxes.
    

    We’re happy to Early Check-in Fee: store your luggage for free until your room is ready or on the day of your departure.
